Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.I. GENERALVisual references are preferred but not required however with no visual reference be wary that my interpretation might be different from what you envision. I will try to match your vision as much as I can but I’m not a mind reader so keep that in mind before commissioning me without providing a visual reference.If you want me to design a character from scratch, that'll come at an extra fee depending on if it's for personal or commercial use and how complex the character is going to be (simple creature design vs full body with clothes and accessories)What I won’t draw:
- fetish art that I’m not comfortable with (I'm open to a lot of fetishes btw so feel free to discuss beforehand!)
- hate art
- real life people without their written consentI can draw NSFW as well!By default your commission will be subject to posting it to online galleries/social media. If you wish for your commission to remain private or posted at/after a specific date you must let me know beforehand.
You must let me know if the commission should be finished by a specific date. If the deadline is under a week a rush fee will be applied depending on the complexity of the commission.II. PAYMENT ==I accept payment via Paypal or a bank transfer for people that have a bank account in my country of residence (PL).I take full payment for the commission beforehand. For commissions over 1000$ I’m willing to discuss a payment plan.I will only start working on your commission after I receive the payment.==III. PROCESSI will provide you with a rough sketch/thumbnail for approval and work in progress updates on the commission as I work on it. Sketch commissions and other no-sketch-approval/surprise/grab bag/YCH commissions are exempt from this phase.You are allowed to ask for major or minor changes during the sketch phase. After I start inking/coloring and once the commission is finished you are allowed to ask for up to 3 changes to the commission. More than that will result in additional edit fees which will vary depending on the type of edit you’re requesting.IV. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI reserve the right to use my artwork for advertising and print sales.
You cannot claim the commission was made by you or by anyone else.
Please inform me beforehand if you intend to purchase commercial rights as that will require separate pricing and will result in an increase of the commission price depending on which fields of exploitation you’d like the art to be used for.You can repost, crop and resize your commission and use it in any way you wish for personal use only. If you’d like to sell the commission as for example prints, mugs, stickers etc. a purchase of commercial rights is required.If you wish to make alterations to the commission via a third party (for example you commission a lineart and want it colored by someone else) you must first ask for permission.If you wish to make alterations by yourself for personal use only you don’t need to ask for permission.V. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICYI reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time.Once the final product is delivered, a refund is not permitted.
If I, the artist, decide to cancel the commission a full refund will be provided.If you decide to cancel the commission a partial refund is possible and will depend on the progress of the commission. 50% if it’s in the sketching/lining phase, 30% if it’s in the flat coloring/shading/detailing phase.
